ARTIST BIO

Echoes of a Galaxy is the solo alternative-metal project of Chris Ringler, blending cinematic atmosphere, heavy guitar textures, emotionally raw songwriting, and unexpected genre shifts. Rooted in alternative metal and shaped by nu-metal influences, the project moves between aggression, melody, atmosphere, and experimentation without staying confined to one sound.

Following two independently released EPs, Echoes of a Galaxy enters a more personal and expansive chapter with After the Fall, focusing on themes of mental health, relationships, identity, transformation, and the struggle to move forward. Every element of the music is created independently by Ringler, from writing and performance through production, recording, mixing, and mastering.

Single

After the Fall is a cinematic alternative-metal track blending heavy guitar-driven intensity, emotional vocals, atmospheric production, and unexpected genre shifts.

About the Single

After the Fall is a cinematic alternative-metal single blending heavy guitar-driven intensity with emotionally raw songwriting, atmospheric production, and unexpected stylistic shifts. The song explores mental-health struggles, their impact on a relationship, and the realization that support matters, but lasting change ultimately has to begin from within.

Musically, heavy grooves and melodic vocals give way to a salsa-influenced breakdown centered on freedom from judgment, self-belief, and learning to move forward.

Then keep Skylight lower on the page as the previous release rather than making it the main EPK focus.
